This project was to provide a restricted roadway and a new secure perimeter at the Theodore Roosevelt U.S. Courthouse at 225 Cadman Plaza, Brookly New York.

The project site was located from Adams Street on the East to Cadman Plaza on the west, from Red Cross Place on the North to Tillary Street on the South.

The perimeter hardening encompasses installation of pre-engineered rated fencing, bollards, wedge barriers, guard booths, lighting, electrical, fiber optics as well as deep sewer and water-main installations.  Other items of work included a large site-work package of concrete sidewalks, concrete roadways, granite pavers, asphalt milling and paving.
